In total silence, the director Rob Reiner asked - 'Are you OK, Andre?', and André replied: 'I am now, boss'!  
On the side of the electric box, there is a blinking light... How many times will it blink during 16 seconds?  
How many times will it blink in 1 minute? How many times will it blink during the time, that is 20% longer than 3 minutes  
(The same percentage increase as of woman work aplicants will increase if provided with workplace flexibility)? Fill in the blanks!

During 1 minute time, the light will blink \*\*120\*\* times.
