directions for acting during the absence of PM

Due to the previous overload of my duties at the university, i will be absent until the end of the current exam session. i will be back in our project from the 30th day of the current year. i reported more than a hundred project hours of my work to allow me to be trusted that i can reach my goal even if i take a break. If you have some questions during my time off then please ask and i find some time for answering your questions. Enough of me, now you are on the stage.
you should remain or become active depending on who you are, as no one of you has fulfilled two-thirds of the final goal of 150 project hours yet which is mirroring in the quantity and quality of tasks. There is a lot of work to do. The deeper your commitment is the more you will enjoy the result.
The planned and yet not happened revisions still take place although the only participants are you while i will not be present. you know the drill as you have taken part in so many revisions already and you know where the checklist and some other necessary stuff are. Be there, and show that you can organize that small yet important thing on your own! If you would come to a point where you would not know what to do, then think about what i would do in such a situation! Help each other in fixing tasks! we have some model tasks and we also have learned from playing trails. Put these efforts into efficient use in your further task-creation process!
Please have a look at our superb file ruum4.xlsx and see that i have created a new worksheet called Rounds! There are rounds with their starting and finishing time including their revision time. Each round has its own color. The green color in the first column means that these rounds have been performed fully.
i have also complemented the task list on the worksheet Tasks. The comments on the right side of the table mean mainly what was in deficit or surplus. The comments marked green have been solved. The end of the table includes planned tasks so that all the SDGs would be covered by each group. If you cannot afford to fulfill the plan as it is please move the remaining tasks into the sixth round.
In mid-February, all the SDGs per group must be covered and all the created tasks must have the quality level 2. If there is something missing by that time then the elimination rule is about to painfully apply. If there is nothing missing on your side then it means that you have been diligent and you are ready for the next stage. So please use your time wisely. If you have less than 50 project hours reported by now please do your math and see how you would fit the remaining hundred project hours during the remaining months.
Kindly also oversee that your project hours for task creation rounds are reported properly. i discovered some probably accidental abuse attempts and removed these reported hours. Some hours of them were reported into a task created by someone else. Some hours were reported into a task that has not taken part yet. we do not report our worked hours for future events. If you want to predict how many hours you would spend then there is the field for estimation. we only report our real work into the past because that is what we know.
Once i am back we plan our next meetings together.
we continue playing alien trails after my return and do it every week instead of every two weeks.
i wish you a lot of electric energy for turning more of the potential energy in you into kinetic production energy.

Are our "administration" hours (~15h) accounted already? or they will be added after? I haven't seen them in my working hour total, would be nice to know.
i estimate our administration hours to be approximately 16 hours because if it is 16 hours then we get a nice integer 140 if we subtract it from 156. Therefore by large, i expect all of us to perform actual work in the scope of 140 hours. This means that by the end of the day, 140 real project hours must be reported. we do not calculate the rest in detail as it is very hard to distinguish tiny administrative tasks from each other and the actual work. That quantity is considered a loss and we can just assume that they sum up to 16 hours which means two full work days. So whatever you report remains within 140 working hours.
thank you for the info
Hello, thank you for your information. We would continue our meetings as planed and would complete our tasks. I am still not sure how much time we have given to this project but hopefully in upcoming meetings may be Vladimir would help understand that.
Each time you are spending time for creating a task record that time! For instance: you search for an article on a particular SDG in order to find a nice and interesting fact. you spend maybe 15 minutes on that. Then you read through the article and it takes 1 h 45 min. Then, knowing the fact, you think about what kind of object and math can you illustrate that fact with. That idea should come while reading the article, so no additional time. Then you go out and look around for such an object. That thing you can connect to any of your walking experiences anywhere, so it should not take additional time unless you go out extra for that. Once you have found a suitable object, you take the pictures and measurements or do some necessary counting - maybe 15 minutes but it really depends on what you do, can even take an hour. Then you perform a sample calculation and think about how you can connect it to your study field. Maybe you enhance the math part. Maybe another hour. Once you have a nice story you enter everything into MCM and Wiki and test the task - maybe three hours as you might figure out that your initial plan was not good enough. If it was, maybe an hour. You go through the checklist and if everything is fine - you are done for the next revision. Of course, you do all of it with your partner, so it should actually take less time if two brains are working together efficiently. So each time you do a piece for the task record your time with a comment so that we all can see how much you spent on doing what. This is how you know how much time you really spend on creating each particular task.
Hello Kalmer,
We will continue our meetings as planned. Thank you for the detailed information.
i prolong my absence until the third day of February 2023 because i got additional days for preparing my reports in electromagnetics. i will contact you probably on the next day and we will agree upon our next meeting with me. you are welcome to self-regulate the process during these five additional days as well.
i am back in LIFE and we can continue our cooperation. i see that people of Group 1 have at least had scheduled meetings led by vla mis. i also know that you have created some tasks meanwhile. So it is significant that my absence did not hinder your work.
Regarding our next revision, i need to know when you are available. Therefore i have created seven columns on the worksheet Participants in ruum.xlsx for you to fill in by tomorrow at 14:00.
i guess we can give another try reanimating me in meetings with Group 1 as well. Covid tried to kill my body again. Last year it could not achieve it. This year it almost succeeded but i did not allow it to happen as you missed me in your meetings. It is still hanging on, making me sneeze and cough. The most terrifying thing is that no matter how much i drink my mouth is drying and my lips are swelling already. LIFE meetings could make forget Covid and therefore, i have created new columns for you to fill in so that i can set the timeframe for our next meeting. There is a new approach that we should use in order to get tasks done faster and with higher quality. And who of you threw the shit that hit our fan this Thursday?
